All orders should ship between 3 and 5 business days from receipt and acknowledgment. If an item is out of stock or will take longer we will notify you.
All orders will be shipped via UPS unless large enough for LTL or Truckload shipments. If alternative shipping is best for you we will notify you.
If you would like to arrange shipping using your own freight carrier please contact us and we will coordinate it it.
If product received is defective please contact us. We will then issue a Return Authorization number and provide you with a return shipping label. We will arrange for its return and/or arrange a replacement shipment.
If product was damaged in shipment please notify us. We will arrange a replacement shipment including prepaid freight and file a claim with the shipping company. We may require photographs to assist in our claim.
