Packers Newsprint Paper 24" X 36"
Packers Newsprint is the same exact paper on which our daily and Sunday newspapers are printed. For some reason it is unfit for printing and is sold into low end packaging markets.
Packers Newsprint is a versatile, multipurpose, and economical product. Due to the fact that it provides less strength than Kraft wrapping, it is best used to cover, interleave or fill, not protect, since it has comparatively little strength. Environmental Information: Packers Newsprint can be made from recycled materials – ranging from 0-100% depending on the manufacturer it is bought from.
It is biodegradable and is easily recyclable in existing waste streams, and compostable. How Packers Newsprint is used: This grade is an exceptional interleaver and also performs well as internal protection from the package itself, serving as furniture wrap within a carton.
It is reasonably soft. It is primarily used for void filling and lining boxes. In addition, when coverage, but not strength, is required, Packers Newsprint is a good packaging solution. Due to its white color some people use it as an outer sandwich wrap when combined with a sheet of FDA approved wax paper, plastic, or foil as an inner wrapper.
