40# White Butchers Paper (FDA approved)
The basis weight for White Butcher Paper is always 40lb. This ensures that it offers strength, reliable performance and good yield for a wide range of uses. How White Butcher Paper is used:

Many restaurants use White Butcher paper as table covers (See TableTop Paper). White Butcher is also used as a wrapping material in pharmaceutical applications. The material is FDA approved for direct food contact.
White Butcher Paper is made from a renewable American resource – Trees. ). It is biodegradable, easily recyclable in existing waste streams, and compostable.
